A few days away from the tracker and holiday visitors put me a bit off track. Not too concerned about the weight gain...I'm assuming water weight as I didn't eat anything too crazy. Back on track and hoping for some drops in the near future! #accountability
136.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.7 lb a week
