Somehow I made it through Thanksgiving and didn't gain weight. I didn't weigh myself until this morning, so I could have gained and then lost it. This is an awesome Thanksgiving....now to get through Christmas and all of the treats brought to school and at all of the parties!
196.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
