Eating only 30 carbs a day for the last couple days as opposed to a typical day consuming 150. Losing a pound a day. It is pretty cool to see the rapid drop but for me I can only do this on a temporary basis. VERY DIFFICULT. DEPRIVATION STATION

the first while is hard. but you get used to it. I don't even see bread as food anymore

After awhile on low carb I find sweet items taste disgustingly sweet - and that helps. Of course most of us miss bread, pasta, rice, potatoes. Down the line you might be able to find a happy medium at maybe 75 gr carbs, allowing you a little more freedom.

your appetite will drop and it won't be so bad. Eat more fat if you are still hungry. It will help keep you feeling full longer

It really takes time to adapt, but once you do it's effortless.

You can do this.... but it does take some resetting of your thinking. Soon you will not be feeling deprived anymore and loving all the options you have. Hang in there!
