Everything going well so far. Tiring week and went to bed EARLY last night.

Trying to stay between 1200-1500 calories and having a caloric deficit of at least 1000 kcal per day.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
