Big unexpected drop, makes me happy and motivated. Over half way there and almost to the 220's, now I have to make it through the holiday weekend and try to lose or at least maintain.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
