Did well Sunday. Had a salad at Ernie's Grill. Ate some goat cheese before bed last night...hungry for SOMETHING. Also took a big swill of M.O.M. yesterday and 1/4 of a furosemide. So, after a big poop yesterday and one or two today, I weighed in at 138.2 today! So great to get over the 140+ hurdle, into the 130s now. J. and A. left around 11 p.m. last night after J. did a humongous amount of laundry here. I was just dead and sad all day yesterday and didn't sleep well again last night, even with 2 trazodones. I don't know what to do!! Having a lot of PTSD dreams and thoughts about George and Mike after Mike's recent visit. This has plunged me into a grief-stricken state that I can't seem to get over...yet. Must be with the Lord today. So TIRED and WEAK!!
139.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
