Yay!!! Down to another even number. Working out is making the difference DEFINITELY. I weighed in on the WW site today as well and due to my weight loss this week (2 lbs total) I am now at 20 pts per day instead of 21. However, working out earns more points that allow me to eat more food. So that's good!

Because of Martin Luther King Day I have a 3 day weekend. I plan to try to get 2 workouts in per day each of these days to take advantage of the extra free time! I'd love to get to 146 (losing 3 lbs/week instead of 2) by next Friday.

EATING:
B: Special K + milk
L: yogurt + berries
SN: coffee + half n half; low fat cheese; apple; clementine; popcorn; jello
D: spinach salad w/ mixed veggies, 1/4 avocado, and low fat balsamic vinagrette; chicken w/ fat free cheese and salsa; sugar free popsicle; milk

WATER: Had a full 8 glasses!

EXERCISE:
1 hour+ workout!

THREE THINGS I'M THANKFUL FOR TODAY:
1) Having some money available to donate to Haiti
2) Deciding where my wedding will be (Nassau, Bahamas!)
3) Maintaining a weight loss of 2 lbs/ week for 2 weeks in a row.

149.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
