Ok, so I finally grew a pair and committed to weighing myself today. Although it's not terrible (3 pounds on from the last weigh in) it's not great since (duh) it's gaining weight and not losing it!

So I'm hoping that now that we've done with the whole unholy rigamarole & stress and just utter nightmare that was selling our house---that it'll be a bit easier for me to relax, stop stress eating (ok, maybe just not so much of it) and getting out there for more walks and stuff. If nothing else, at least keeping track of what I'm eating again should help.

Glad to be back, glad to be trying to get back on board (and I guess, sad though I am to have missed it--I'm glad I didn't have Thanksgiving this year either! LOL)
223.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 83.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
