Sorry to hear that! Sounds like your attitude is good though. You are right that at least its not a gain but you and both know we are not looking to maintain. Especially when we put in the work. It stinks. Still, you are doing the right thing and in the long run(marathon dang it) it WILL pay off! Think how fabulous you're going to look in that bathing suit! Keep the faith. Diane
