Weighed myself this morning- first time since last week, pleasantly surprised to find I've lost 2lbs. At the moment I'm having to time myself when I'm doing things- an hour and a half at the allotment, etc because I'm sewing the wedding suits, but the allotment needs weeding and seeds sowing in it most days. It's rained overnight so I won't be going there today- more time to finish the trousers and make the waistcoats. Hope everyone has a good day and hoping to see less of you.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
