SupPaddlegirl's Journal, 16 May 2016

Well...that increase is NO surprise! I had a devastating caloric intake yesterday! Just one of those days. My demise was snacking on those dang edamame energy things! My only highlight was I did do a 2 mile SUP race that morning so I had some good exercise and calorie burn to start the day. I just didn't roll with that like I should have.

I feel good being so accountable though. I document everything I eat because I am not going to cheat on myself. I won't achieve my goals by doing that!

Started this week off on a good foot. Right back into the gym for some good lifting and I will be very committed to my IF lifestyle and daily caloric requirements to hit my goal all week. Even when we falter one day, when we have a lifestyle in place...it is much easier to get back on track. While I was snacking away my calories I did recognize that I didn't like the way I felt and I really DIDN'T like the casual attitude I had on my food intake. That is not who I am anymore. So onward and upward. Hoping my body responds well to getting back on track. It's just a little setback and not game over for sure :)
