Finally back to where I was before the Mother's Day buffet extravaganza. It's amazing how fast one day of celebrating can wreck all of your hard work. If there is one thing I am good at is packing on the pounds.

I got up early every day last week to drink my lemon water and got on the treadmill for 30 minutes each day. I took my vitamins each day. I drank my green tea w/gelatin each day. I've been staying of off my iPad(aka: Time sucker) and staying active after work. Plus, most importantly, I ate cleanly all week and lost buffet pounds and felt great.

This weeks goals are:
-Eat clean all week
-Take my vitamins each day
-Get at least 30 minutes of cardio each day
-Reduce electronic screen time even more
-Drink my green tea each day.

235.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
