No exercise but good food weight-loss.
202.4 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 59.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week

Thanks. But next week im starting on low impact exercise. I wanted to get used to the diet, and I think I am. It is D2W3 of my low carb diet, with a lot of real food.

ya i know, i will start tomorrow, i will do 30 days shred with Jilian i read some reviews and its only 30 min which really good
