161.6 after work and short workout. So is it time to celebrate and binge?
161.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Too late, I did binge and ate half a bag of Ruffles chip. Oh well! That was my binge!

Being healthy is never ending, even if I do reach my goal, have to work on endurance, build body mass, lower body fat etc. I think this is just the start of my long journey ahead. Cheers

I need to do that too! I have not been good with eating. Cheers to you too. Hopefully we maintain a good weight and healthy diet forever! Here is to that change.
