Didn't follow Scarsdale aside from breakfast. I bought KitKats for Dottie Shaw, brought some home (freezer) and ate two of them in a row. I threw up a LITTLE bit of the spaghetti. I forgot to list the vodka I had, which I also threw up a bit. Argh. I need to FOLLOW THE PLAN. I woke up, pee'd and weighed at 144.8 or .something. A few hours later I peed and pooped a little and reweighed at 142.8 I think. I wrote in on the calendar in the bathroom.

I also had a fraction of one of the two huge sugar cookies I bought "for" Danny, who is having anginal pain tonight and talking constantly of dying and how I should sue Marian Med. Ctr for not giving him an angiogram last week when we went to the ER due to similar weakness and chest pressure. They did all BUT the angiogram, but I do wish they'd reassured him by giving him one.

Talked to Joyce yesterday and told her how I had realized that I wouldn't be such a physical mess if my mom (and dad) hadn't done what they did. She said that it was more the fact that ALL THIS AFTER EFFECT STUFF COULD'VE BEEN AVOIDED that hurts so much. At least McGee and Joyce are on my team.
142.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
