I am meeting with my trainer later today and so I wanted to get the weight recorded. We might be switching things up so it will be good to have a starting point.
226.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 61.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That will teach me! I just went through the program that my trainer developed for me - I will be lucky to be able to move tomorrow. A LOT more intense. But I need it to strenthen the parts of my body that have grown weak from years spent typing at my desk for hours. Why is May so busy? I feel like I am on a dead run most days! That will change, though. I will be relaxing Sunday, Monday and Tuesday! Can't wait!
