I have learned when you really want something bad enought you make good choices. We went out to supper twice this week and stayed loyal to our diet and best part is we enjoyed it and didn't feel like we missed out on something. We even went to a movie and the smell of popcorn was tempting but only when we first walked in. What a great feeling to overcome such smells. When I feel the urge to splurge, I add a few more veggies, raw turnip or even a small amount of protine. For the first time, I really do think this time I am going to make it.
248.5 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Wow Congrates Mom... Ya should have ate Pecan Pie.. It was soo good. and since you didn't have any.. It was mostly me that ate it for my Birthday... No clue how it effected my weight yet because I don't get on the scale till later tonight...

I found you!! You are going to make it Kathryn, just stay focused on your goal You and I both know how amazing this treatment is and how it IS WORKING for thousands did you know that NS is number in sales with Matol we are doing something right!!I am so proud of you and Wayne you should report his progress also,even if he doesnt want to get on the site,,I know I have a hard time checking in I am so busy with my clients and my own sessions keep it up!!
