The weight continues to decrease. Not sure if I'm eating enough. I have a tendancy to starve myself which doesn't lead to long term success. This will be the first weekend on this diet attempt. Hope I can stay focused. Dinner shrimp salad was from Chop It Salad in the mall with dressing on the side. Used very little. Calorie count is a guess.
