not too happy as I got on scale today after 2 weeks and only lost .3. I spose I must just get back on track quickly!
162.9 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week

Dont let it get you down, 0.3 is still a loss. Every little bit counts.
