Been here for the last week or so. I'm good with that.
140.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Çan someone explain to me how it works ..ijust download th app and i dont understand. ...should i consom 1200calories per day ???? What about exercices ???? Help plu

There are different databases on the computer to measure, a typical female is usually 1200-1300 a day, there is one database, that has you put in your height, weight and age and give you a number. Fatsecret actually has me at 1700 a day, which I know is way too high. I knew that years ago from when one of my silly doctors gave me a plan, and he basically had me at 1300 calories da day

Did Buddy get you anything for Mommy's Day? 😊 Maissa - I started with the online version and ran several different caloric intake calculations to get an average starting point. Then I just started logging everything - food and activities. I prowled through other members' entries to make sure I was doing it right. Feel free to set a caloric goal and adjust it as time goes by. I started with a weight loss goal and then changed it to a maintenance goal. So far FS has stood by me and served me well. And don't forget to get Buddies too - they're invaluable!
