Very sick again with stomach pain last night. I ate some dinner last night and the pain slowly kicked in again. Anyway, I weigh less, so that's good.

11 pm, after eating some peanuts and a lot of mandarin oranges, the stomach pain kicked back in. I need to really stop eating anything remotely heavy at all!
142.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
