I have a a hard time on the increase of water intake...but i think i'm getting used to removing rice from my diet...being a filipina...born of a filipino diet of rice plus viand..it's difficult to get rid of rice but i made it easier by first replacing my carbo intake with root-crops like, sweet potato and boiled green bananas too.
114.0 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week

THINK ABOUT IT THIS WAY IF YOU DRINK WATER WELL HELP LOOSE WEIGHT, IT TAKES 10 DAYS FOR YOU TO GET USED TO IT AFTER THAT WILL BE EASY
