Wow, 10 pounds doesn't seem like much: I am surprised to see that last May I weighed 152. During that time I gained another 9 pounds. Now I am serious about my weight, follow a point system I found online and now weigh 142 with a new goal of 138.....for now anyway. I might go lower.....
142.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
