I don't how how or why, but the 151.8 barrier has been broken! I'll try to do well today as well as celebration. it helped that I was working late so I didn't have a late night snack. I just ate a small piece of chocolate every now and then. I wonder if it makes a difference that I wasn't in my room so maybe my conditioned response wasn't there.

That's your body giving in. :) It's come to the conclusion that this is a new normal for it, it's not actually starving (has the nutrients and energy to function), and so can ease off the brakes of slowing your metabolism down. Good luck, until the next plateau. They can take awhile to pass.
