Still need to drink water, and a LOT of it. I took Milk of Magnesia yesterday and finally had a major emptying out of my stomach, at last! I weighed 145.6 when I first got up this morning, but after drinking big mugs of coffee, peeing and a BM, I was exactly at 145.0. Tomorrow is Gloria's big 70 birthday party with wine tasting and "gourmet" food, argh! I need to remember Mariah Carey's motto: The Morsel Diet. I can eat anything I want, as long as I just have one morsel of it. Danny's noticing my weight loss and I can tell he LIKES it!

Out of the blue, in Marhall's, Bob called from Reno. Eventually started using the Fword at me, livid, after I mentioned Mike's rape. Like he'd never heard it before...I KNOW he knew years ago. So he cusses at me and essentially blamed me for George F'ing Dose, etc. etc. Mike's not going to answer his email. I wish I'd never given Mike's email address to Bob.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
