Had a really bad week, my dad goes for surgery today on his brain tumour.. So sadly eating my feelings not good at all but hey ho what can I do..star fish bxx week..hope everyone is doing fab..

241.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb. Still to go: 18.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Strange, first my Aunt just had her brain tumors removed, now your dad. What gives? My thoughts are with you.
