Back slide. Now we're at 12 days and only 7.5 lbs. So I'm not surprised at this gain, it is my fault I went off the diet.

- too much candy (really let myself just eat some of that halloween candy I've been avoiding, and it was good, good, good)
- too much cheese (put cheese in my eggs, but also had a cheese stick). Then for dinner at Friendlies I had the cheddar jack chicked (grilled, no bread, but did have the cheese and..)
- too much bacon (had some at Friendlies and also some at home, cooked up a lb of bacon for my husband and kids, but who am I kidding, that's just too much temptation

On the plus side I think I really did well at Friendlys, only the cheese and bacon were off diet, I did have diet coke but I had already drank my 64 oz of water for the day.

I'm also constipated again. Hopefully that will correct itself and my weight will go back down! I'm really hoping that at the end of the 17 days I can at least be 10 lbs down, and still hoping I can be at 215 by the end of the month.
225.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 85.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
