Ate carefully yesterday, but we went to Jack's in Orcutt. I had 2 poached eggs and a fruit cup of mostly melons - honeydew, cantaloupe, a couple grapes, Diet Coke. At home, had plateful of zucchini squash with a touch of avocado oil in the pan, some baby carrots, some bites of chicken and cottage cheese. Drank a bit more liquid in the day and evening, which I think helps.
145.9 lb Lost so far: 8.1 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
