what is up? I'm up this morning. Not sure why. I do know that my body likes to hang out at this weight. I'm not having that. I'm dropping this last 25-30 lbs if its the last thing I do. Two things I'm going to try....uping my water intake to where it should be. And also, planning my day better writing it down and counting my carbs and sugars. Starting that today.
