Nooooo!!! It is going in the wrong direction. It is, however, my own fault. I am just getting complacent. I need to kick it back into high gear and get focused. No excuses, just action! I WILL finish what I have started!
220.5 lb Lost so far: 82.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Disappointing rise but you have come a long way, and know what you are doing. Just get back to doing it.

LOL, Knuckles. I actually weigh myself after that first pee in the morning, but then I stay off of the scale so that I don't become obsessed with it. I have been known to have a problem with that in the past. @HCB - I was thinking how I need to sit down and review my goal list. I am almost excited that it is the end of the month so that I can make some new goals for May. I'm like you...seeing those goals keep me uber focused and helps me to stay motivated! And your right Jocko, I know what I am doing...I just need to get back to doing it. Thank you for reminding me of that because I have been in a little bit of a funk since returning from vacation. Life gets to be so busy that sometimes I forget that I need to make myself a priority too! At this point in my journey, I have the tools and I just need to apply the effort! And your right, SfJ60...I just need to keep the right attitude. Attitude is the majority of the battle in this fight!
