Two weeks ago I was finally 143.2 something. Had company and at at Burrito Loco. Trying to follow Scarsdale and was succeeding, but I have to get back to the Spartan mentality and DO THIS DIET EXACTLY. Need to exercise, too. Tempted to take Lasix, but won't. Need to MOVE my body and be strict about the Scarsdale plan. I was 154.8? (154 for sure) when I started Scarsdale, so yesterday I'd lost 10 pounds, which is really something and nothing to be sneezed at. I'm just going to double down my efforts starting again today and keep at it!! No eating out, though.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
