I seem to be stalled. Metabolism continues to be sluggish. Staying on the plan and since the weather has been cooperative, I have actually been a little more active than usual but still no drop. Continue to have "irregularity" despite a probiotic, daily magnesium, and senna. I'll just keep plodding along...not changing my plan, I just think I have to wait it out.
206.6 lb Lost so far: 53.4 lb.    Still to go: 56.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you're having problems with irregularity make sure you're staying properly hydrated rule of thumb I've been using one half your bodyweight and water if that doesn't work a little Metamucil sometime in the morning can't hurt and make sure you're getting enough rest your melatonin levels rise and for sure cortisol levels lower and if you're not giving this week the exact opposite happens and that causes you to store more fat
