One week down and as in the past, awesome results with Atkins on the first week! I weigh in weekly due to the constant fluctuation that we see on a day to day basis. I stuck to the plan 100%...aside from only exercising (walking) one afternoon. It's been so cold though! Excuses excuses. I'll be out there walking more after work this week though.
316.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 96.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

By the way...I didn't sign up here until Wednesday or Thursday of last week, though my starting weight was from last Monday when I started the diet...so the 28.7 pounds per week is wrong. First week was 16.4
