Still at 99 kilos. I haven't been doing to well with my eating. And it didn't help that I was sick with a cold for a week. I've had way too many carbs, gluten and soft drink while I was sick =( But I'm getting back on the band wagon again.
I took Sam for a walk this morning. And I have just done 10 minutes on the exercise bike. Couldn't do anymore than that as my legs got really weak.
Though I am amazed at the fact that I am still in double digits after all of that bad consumption of food. But downside is that I didn't get to my goal to lose another 10 kilos by April.
But I won't let that get me down =)

Hey girl. Good on you for keeping on trying. If it helps, stretch out your timeframe to...i dunno, August? 10kg will be easier to shift if you have longer to do it...

Thanks mrs.vis. I had started that particular goal back in February and had a few set backs. But I'm not giving up.

@Wendy, there shouldn't be a time frame if there isn't a good reason like wedding or competition. Weight-loss I have learnt is a life change. The only thing one has to do is keep going and not worry too much about when they will get to their destination. The moment you put a time frame on it and don't get to it for whatever reason, you lose hope and then give up. But when you see it as a lifestyle change you see it differently. I am talking from experience. That's my 2 cents worth.
