Thought I had done brill today, but adding up my carbs I've gone over a little. Need to keep an eye on the veg intake, which feel wrong as I know they are good for me. Anyway, weights still coming off so that's the main thing.

Actually, looking at your menu, your NET carbs are too low.
Total carbs - Fiber = NET carbs.
You should be getting 12-15 NET carbs from veggies.
