my blood pressure was up last night. 146/105. took a pill. I read that lchf releases retained salts at outset, so I wonder if that spiked my bp. Also had a punky day at work.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
