Doc's office. Quit checking by my scale cause it's a cheap one & kids keep messing with the dial. Teenagers. 190#. Sick with headcold. Doc thought I was wheezing so gave me lots of meds but no antibiotics. Go figure. Also, after the pharmacy, info on meds has a lot of concerns blaring in my mind about side effect risks including possible death. SOOOOOOOOOO, I'm prolly going 2 get the mucinex which insurance decided wasn't medicine but was a prescription after I read the box.
190.6 lb Lost so far: 24.4 lb.    Still to go: 50.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
