I'm still trying to figure out the best time to weigh myself. I read that you should weigh and use the weighing scale when your hydrated and always on the same time of the day. So I drank a glass of water after waking up, after about 20 minutes, 165.6 lbs. I hope this is my latest accurate reading.

H20 - 54.1
Muscle - 40
Bone - 12.4
Fat - 21.3
165.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
