I refuse to weigh myself more than every two weeks because my entire life has been random weight loss and gain, and it can get discouraging. During PMS I can gain up to 10lbs overnight...which I'm hoping is the contributing factor to this 5lb weight gain. Anyone else have yoyo type weight issues, even though you are pretty consistent with what you eat and your activity?
216.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
