Happy Monday to all of the FatSecret community! Today, I make the long journey to downtown Los Angeles to my butt doctor. I really don't know what to think. I have never had this experience, but I feel fine except for my knee. My knee is the best it has felt in 6 months. I feel I am at a good place with my eating each day, and seem to have stabilized around 260 pounds. I wish everyone a wonderful day!

Ok, I did a quick check- it appears Shabu Shabu house is closed today, but down the street is: Shabu Shabu Yo 356 E. 2nd St Los Angeles (also in little Tokyo) Looks like it has good reviews They are open today from 11:45am to 10pm!! Hopefully!!

You know Shabu Shabu Yo is right where I am going near Wilshire Blvd. in downtown. I think it is meant to be!!!! Suzy, you need to find me a Greek restaurant in LA. lol

Try to stop by and eat some Shabu Shabu!! We talked about it so much, experience it!! Remember, think or if you have the guts, say "Shabu Shabu..." When you cook the meat!! Hahaha!!
