Next time you start to overeat head outside unless it is late at night. We have all gone through this, and remember if you're NOT hungry - it does not mean you have to have a full meal at lunch - but maybe a snack until later. Get a walk in daily, it will speed up your metabolism, make you feel better and will give you energy. Only YOU can decide what is right for you... but you're on here since you need the help and there are lots of people on here to give suggestions...
