OK, so today's weigh-in was much better! 230, that's 3 lbs off in just 2 days!

I'm still hating the green tea, but I just figure it is my "medicine" on this diet, and get it down. Otherwise the diet works for me - I'm never hungry, and I'm doing OK with the Kefir and plain yogurt mixed with sugar-free jam.

If anything, sometimes it seems hard to get in both servings of fruit and both servings of probiotics because I'm just not hungry!
230.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 17.5 lb a week
