My old weighing scale is in the recycle bin. Bought one from WalMart (i.e., cheap $19.00)but my weight now reads 164 lbs. So which is correct? Might return this scale and get a digital scale for accuracy.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
