Second day of diet. Only 1/2 lb down from yesterday, but I think that's OK. Finding the green tea requirement a little hard, since I really don't like tea.

But I did try a Kefir smoothie this morning, and it was OK, so I think I have a solution for the probiotic requirement for the diet.

The rest of the diet is actually easy, lots of protein and lots of veggies. But smelling the Halloween candy in the house that I couldn't eat (while my hubby and kids munched down) was hard. Figure that shows resolve right there!
232.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 92.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
