I am really struggling with the consumption of 72 ounces of H2O everyday. I guess my middle aged bladder is not happy! lol!
I am doing OK with the walking and recording everything I eat :)
243.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 118.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What else do you drink besides water? Have you tried the WalMart/True Value sugar free drink mixes? I hate the taste of Crystal light, etc, but love the True Value cherry, cherry limeade, and there are many other flavors to choose from and they are cheaper than pop. Also, I love the Hawaian punch drink mixes. They are 10 for $1.00 at WalMart. They all count towards your daily water intake!
