Weight is going down well, so I'm sure I'm going to mess up the trend with what I'm about to consume...but I had a craving for French Onion Dip and Ruffles...so I'm going with it! ;)

Currently feeling: Sore all over...back, feet, arm joints...kickboxing was tough, but not that tough! Was a nice change to have us in the room they used to do Zumba in...mirrors all around, now we can see ourselves being badass, lol jk!
Overall throughout the day: Started off kinda crappy: didn't want to get out of bed, was finally going to be 10-15 min early for my Bio Lab and my passenger-side rear tire was seized up from the freeze last night (I suppose)...popped loose just as class started, but I had to call, let my professor know what was up so I didn't get in trouble, and will make the class up on Friday. Short day at work felt long...and now I'm gonna push to get off of light-limited duty for my wrist and go back to my normal section...just getting sick of people. Need to line up another job while it's still in lieu of Christmas, so I can get a change of pace (hopefully for the better) =)

Well done with the weight.... Good to see it's working. It will also be interesting to see if the French onion dip and Ruffles (not sure what they are, bu they sound naughty :-)). Make a difference. If they don't it will be nice for a treat, every now and then.

I think it's allright to have French Onion dip and Ruffles (whatever they are), as long as you make a conscious choice to have them. That way you are aware of potential "suffering" afterwards, and ready to deal with it. I did that with Pizza one day. I chose to have it, and had to deal with the consequence. I ate the whole thing, didn't do #2 for a week and had stomach aches and felt lousy for days. Guess how many pizzas I've had since that day? :) I guess my point is, eat what you know you should eat, eat a little of what you know you shouldn't but don't want to be without. What you stray from the path, make sure you know your way back.

LOL Ruffles are potato chips :)and french onion dip and potato chips are a weakness of mine too. Had some at my son's birthday last month...such a guilty pleasure. I am sure you will be fine Firelair- a little cheat won't undo all your hardwork.

mmmm Ruffles... one of my many weaknesses. Have a few, but stay strong! They can be so terribly addicted... and congrats on the weight loss! HALF WAY!

Oops, I should have just said chips and dip rather than calling it by brand! LOL, I ended up using Wavy Lays anyway because I like the deeper ridges in those chips ;) I paid a small price for straying down the path (up .2 lbs today), but it was worth it to get a delicious little fix, especially since I haven't had them in about 6 or more months! Thanks for all of the kudos, it's wonderful to have such a strong network for optimism and encouragement! <3
