Feel bad I could have been at 200lbs by now feel like I have not lost anything at all hope the rest of the days workouts and this weeks workout help to loose more pounds.
207.8 lb Lost so far: 42.2 lb.    Still to go: 77.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
