Finally! Down below 300!!! Yesterday I did 9 miles on the bike, swam 1/2 mile and walked a mile. Going to try to do the same today!!!
299.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
