Droppit's Journal, 27 March 2016

I am craving pizza delivery. A great big one, with sausage and pepperoni and jalapeno peppers and olives, and one of those brownie/cookie hybrids for dessert. Only about 20 thousand calories, all told. That'll fit in my diet, right?

*sigh* I'll be good and stick to the plan. I have a splurge night tomorrow for a dinner date. I can wait until then. But I don't know how to rid myself of these carb-and-cheese daydreams.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week

cheat meals are good for you ...just have a piece of pizza not the whole pizza lol Stay strong.
