Gained half a pound since yesterday (supposedly) - if so, it is certainly because of the sugar I had last night.. but hey, it was Halloween! Back in the saddle today - went to the gym around 6 AM. Feeling great.
183.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
